Formal Event packages include:
- Linen tablecloths.
- Linen napkins, choice of color
- China and flatware
- Professional uniformed staff
- Head table service
- Cake cutting, wine bucket, and goblets for head table
- Classic table decorations
- All Menus include coffee, iced tea, rolls & butter
Formal Event Catering Details:
- Hors d’ oeuvres are served for one hour prior to dinner. Buffets are served for up to two hours. You may have additional time at an hourly fee.
- Baratta’s is happy to work with you to customize a menu that best suits your needs.
- Prices listed are for a minimum of 100 people. (Fewer than 100 guests will increase per person menu price.)
- Prices subject to change.
- We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve our service for your event.
- Final guest count and payment are due 7 days prior to your event.
